How Pharahs Salon handles the personal details you give us.
What we collect
When you book an appointment, place an order or send us a request, we collect and store your name, email address and phone number.
To carry out your booking or order, we also keep your delivery address (for product orders) and the details of what you booked or bought: the service or product, the date and time, the amount and the payment reference. If you send a custom service request, we receive the description you write.
Payments
You pay through Paystack. Your card or bank details are entered on Paystack's secure payment window. We never see or store them. We only get confirmation that a payment went through, with its reference and amount.
Who can see it
Only these:
- Us, Pharahs Salon.
- Paystack, which processes your payment.
- Our hosting and database providers, who store the information for us.
- Our email provider, which delivers our confirmation emails and messages to you.
We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling or messaging us on +234 703 429 5852 (WhatsApp works too).
